Cannot connect to the configuration database

Error:

"Cannot connect to the configuration database"

If you happen to get the above Error while trying to get to your SharePoint Central Administration from Start --> Programs --> Administrative Tools then try the following option. It might solve the problem.

Go to Start--> Programs --> Adminsitrative Tools --> Services and if Windows Internal DAtabse (MICROSOFT##SSEE) services is running. If not Just right click on it and Start the Service.  Now try getting to the SharePoint Central Administration, it should work.
